Here at Baxendale Employee Ownership we are proud to be the headline sponsor for the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) Annual Conference 2023 for the second year running. The Annual Conference is the only place in the UK where over 700 EO sector business leaders, employee owners, professional advisors and businesses considering EO meet, there is nowhere else quite like it!

We have advised over 250 businesses on their transitions to employee ownership and will be ready to share our experience with conference attendees, however, more important than that, as employee owners ourselves – the conference is an unmissable opportunity to spend time with our community, to share stories, learn from each other and to celebrate being employee owned.

2023 is a special year for us as we celebrate our 40th year in employee ownership.  With the number of new employee-owned businesses rising at an estimated one a day, we hope we can demonstrate the longevity of our business model and the potential that employee ownership has to deliver long term, sustainable independent ownership, that is fairer and more inclusive for all.

Our partners will be delivering four sessions across the two days; including workshops on how to become employee owned and the importance of keeping your governance alive and kicking. We promise to make these sessions entertaining and informative, giving attendees some key insights and learnings that they can take back to their businesses – so we hope to see you there.

You will also find us in the Exhibition Hall where you can come and ask us your questions; whether you are a business considering employee ownership, recently employee owned, or an established employee-owned business. We would love to hear from you and would like to encourage everyone to say hello as they come past and to help us celebrate our 40th year in employee ownership.
