We are experienced in providing support for Trust (EOT) Boards and Company Boards, and always provide training sessions for newly formed Trusts, and where appropriate Board Directors too. We can provide further workshops for established Trusts / Company Boards or both boards together, in which we are able to explore their roles and responsibilities in terms of their employee ownership structure and their ways of working together.

We also provide ad hoc legal and practical advice to Trust and Company boards, when they need us, and members of our experienced team also have Independent Trustee Director roles, where they use a combination of their commercial experience and employee ownership expertise to support businesses at all stages of employee ownership.
