At Baxendale Employee Ownership we are proud to be the headline sponsors of this year’s Employee Ownership Association (EOA) conference, taking place on the 3rd and 4th of October. In 2022 the EOA conference is taking place in person for the first time since 2019, moving to an impressive new venue in the ACC in Liverpool, and promises to be a celebration of employee ownership in all its forms across the UK.
As employee owners ourselves, we make all the big decisions about our business collectively. We were unanimous in support of the idea of being this year’s conference sponsors, not only because of the platform it will give us to talk about the work we do, but also to lend our support to an event which is so important to the employee-owned community, of which we are proud to be a part.
The EOA conference has become the place for employee-owned businesses and their employee owners to learn, share and celebrate. Our EO community is unique in its openness and generosity when it comes to sharing stories, comparing experiences and developing best practice. For those interested to explore whether employee ownership is for them; or for established employee-owned businesses looking to keep the spirit of ownership alive for the long term – there is something for everyone to take away.
We are looking forward to presenting some sessions where we can share our knowledge and experience. On the first day of the conference our team members will be presenting seminars on “Is EO right for my business” and “How to become EO”.
