For a third year running, we are headline sponsoring the eoa Annual Conference. With the conference programme almost ready to launch, we share our top tips on how to get the most out of your conference experience.

Prepare to Learn

It’s the perfect time to start thinking about what you’d like to learn at this year’s Conference with breakout sessions being available to book from September 2nd. We’re heavily involved in the delivery of four breakout sessions, so whether you’re looking for an introduction to employee ownership to planning for financial freedom, we have everything covered!

Prepare to Connect

With over 850 delegates, the exhibition hall can feel a bit daunting. We recommend taking advantage of the eo Hub to forge some new connections well in advance –  join the ‘I’m going to the eoa Conference 2024, and I want to …’ discussion thread  for you to introduce yourself.

Prepare to Celebrate

But don’t overdo it! The evening of the first day offers a fantastic social event, featuring drinks, food, the UK Employee Ownership Awards ceremony, and some live music. It’s a perfect opportunity to continue networking in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Prepare to be Challenged

Each year, the conference features keynote speakers with different perspectives from outside of the employee ownership community. This year we’ll be hearing from Javier Bajer, a renowned international speaker and cultural architect, where he’ll explore how EO businesses can create impactful behavioural change by connecting with the purpose of the business.

Jonathan Winchester, CEO of insight6 and a global leader on CX transformation, will draw from decades to share the secretes of CX. We’ll also hear from Nikwax about how it’s achieved global social impact through employee ownership and the challenges and rewards of operating EO on an international scale.

Prepare to ask us Questions

We’re here to help! Whether you’re a business owner exploring employee ownership or a well-established employee owned company looking to evolve, our team of passionate expert consultants and lawyers can be found in Exhibition Hall.

We hope you’ve found our top tips helpful and look forward to welcoming you all to Telford International Centre in November.
