The Financial Times names Baxendale as one of the UK’s leading consultancies

We have been ranked as one of the top management consultancies in the UK by the Financial Times for supporting organisations on People and Performance.

The FT’s list of the UK’s leading Management Consultants is based on how well rated the firm has been by clients and peers.

More than 1,000 firms were on the longlist, many of whom are much larger and have been around for longer than Baxendale, so being included in the top 27 consultancies in our field is an incredible achievement for our small team.

Managing Director, Tom Amos, said: “We’re thrilled to be included in the FT’s consulting lists among so many industry giants. We are a small and highly dedicated team of specialist consultants. We love what we do and we love our clients – and that has shone through here.

“We draw on our unique heritage, strong and simple values, and deep experience in employee ownership and business transformation to give our clients world class support at affordable rates. It’s great to have this recognised.

“The need for specialist advice is growing, and we look forward to continuing to serve businesses and communities, bringing our passion to increase their impact.”

We practice what we preach, and were recently honoured as ‘Best for the World – Workers’ in B Lab’s Best for the World lists, placing us in the top 10% of B Corps in the world for employee culture.

We’re also a member of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), and are committed to the Consultancy Excellence scheme that promotes high standards of ethical behaviour, strong routes to professional development and, importantly, the best value for clients.
